Launched in 2014, Hawaii’s Best Kitchens began as a vibrant tribute to Hawaii's rich culinary landscape. Our mission was simple yet ambitious: to showcase the diverse and exquisite cuisines offered by Hawaii's numerous eateries. From the quaint charm of food trucks and cherished mom-and-pop establishments to the refined ambiance of esteemed restaurants and exciting new culinary ventures, we celebrate it all.
This was the fifth annual “Best of Hawaii's Best Kitchens” at the prestigious Hyatt Regency hotel, where tantalizing flavors from renowned local restaurants were on display for all to enjoy. Our event also benefitted the Hawaii Restaurant Association Education Foundation in support of Hawaii’s high school culinary and restaurant management with annual scholarships and funding for classrooms.
