As you enter the venue, you are greeted by Amuse Wine Bar and our Enomatic Wine Machines where you can find over 50 wines from all over the world. The perfect place for wine lovers to taste and find the perfect glass or craft cocktail to enjoy with their meal. Chef Ron de Guzman delivers a ‘World Inspired, Local Comfort’ cuisine across the two venues, executed in two different styles.

Amuse is inspired by ‘Drinks & Pupus’ – having a great time with friends, learning about different wines and enjoying unique twists on local favourites.  Stage Restaurant sets the stage for Chef to create dishes inspired by world travels and local favourites, from start to decadent finish – it’s an experience for all senses, fine- dining with unique decor & a funky playlist.
